Called and Gifted (C&G) in the Diocese of Portsmouth has worked closely with the Catherine of Siena Institute (CSI) since 2014. CSI is an affiliated ministry of the Western Dominican Province in the USA dedicated to equipping parishes for the evangelisation and formation of lay Catholics. 

They are the authors of C&G and have developed and refined the process for over 20 years. C&G Portsmouth has been trained and licensed by CSI to deliver the C&G process, initially through live teaching days within the Portsmouth diocese and now through the online teaching videos developed by CSI to anyone in UK and ROI.
